i've been getting awful nocturnal leg cramps for the past nights over the months. it's so bad that it drive me crazy, seriously. so i google and found this..

" Calcium deficiency is the most common cause of leg cramps at night. You are susceptible to developing leg cramps, if you are postmenopausal, trying to lose weight, or don't consume enough calcium."

postmenopausal: definetly not possible.
loosing weight: possible but definetly not.
not enough calcium: yeah, possible.

calcium. i don't drink milk. i've not been eating yogurt. i don't eat salmon nor spinach or even bake beans. to think about it, i guess it's true. i've not been consuming enough calcium.

and i always thought it was because of the long strenuous hours i worked.
